The RBA and VA JLAP present “Navigating Occupational Risks to Practicing Law: An Ethics & Wellness CLE
VJLAP will provide a brief overview of the first studies that were the catalyst for the well-being in the law movement, the statistics and what’s been done at a national and state level to address the legal well-being crisis, defines well-being, summarizes the occupational risks to practicing law, the reasons to make changes (including a brief overview of ethics), and solutions (organizational level and individually). Speakers are Barbara Mardigian, LPC, Clinical Director at JLAP; and Charlene Reilly, Esq., Outreach & Education Manager at JLAP.
