Hon. Stuart A. Raphael, Virginia Court of Appeals, will be the featured speaker at the Richmond Bar luncheon on Thursday, October 17, 2024. The luncheon will be held at the Greater Richmond Convention Center beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Cost to attend is $40 for members and guests. Reservations must be received by 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 10th; no refunds after this date.
