“Rule 3:26 and the Changing Landscape of Injunctive Relief in Virginia Courts”
With the adoption of Rule 3:26 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Court has established standards for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. This CLE will discuss the new rule, factors to address when arguing for injunctive relief, and differences between the new Virginia rule and federal jurisprudence. The CLE will also address related issues, including interlocutory appeals of injunctive relief.
