Melody Barnes to address members at Bar’s March luncheon
Melody Barnes, former Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, will be the featured speaker at the Richmond Bar’s luncheon on Thursday, March 26, 2015. The luncheon will be held at the Omni Hotel beginning at 12:30 p.m. The following members of the judiciary will be hosting Judges’ Tables: Hon. Keith L. Phillips, Hon. Phillip L. Hairston and Hon. G. Barton Chucker.
Private Conversation Series
Join us for the next program in the RBA’s “Private Conversation Series” on “Running & Faith: A Conversation about Attorney Wellness and The Race Before Us.” Justice William C. Mims will interview Bruce Matson about his recent book The Race Before Us: A Journey of Running and Faith as he leads a conversation about the “dimensions of wellness” that every lawyer should seek as part of a balanced life. Audience participation in the discussion is encouraged. Mr. Matson’s book will be available for signing at the event.
