Douglas Burtch is the owner and principal of Burtch Law PLLC, which serves clients in the areas of employment law, school law, administrative law and business counselling.  Douglas has practiced law in a variety of settings, including large firms, small firms, and now his own firm built from the ground up.

Robby Peay is a principal of Kaleo Legal and has broad experience advising public and private company clients on an extensive range of transaction matters. Robby currently serves as General Counsel of Synalloy Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNL), a publicly traded holding company with diverse manufacturing operating companies.

Alvah L. Wyatt is the Founder and President of Microtel Systems, a Richmond based technology company serving the business community since 1983, and the legal community since 1986.  Allison Wyatt holds a BA in Business Information Systems from VCU and has been with Microtel since 1999.  Both Alvah and Allison have extensive experience working with solo practitioners and small firms in managing all aspects of their hardware, software, IT, and information security needs.
