Join the RBA for an enriching Professional Development series, kicking off with a dynamic session addressing procrastination, time management, and effective communication. Dive into essential topics including marketing, business development, legal project management, and law firm finance.

Dr. Mary Churchill – Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Churchill believes in five essential elements to help people cope with change: SEEP+P = sleep, eat, exercise, play, and plan to sleep, eat, exercise, and play. She maintains the following tenets: your past does not define your future; people can change but change requires work; and that counseling provides a safe space to work on issues.
Rebecca Edwards – Founder, Edwards Advisory
Rebecca’s expertise lies in empowering clients to nurture relationships, engage with prospects, and identify opportunities for practice enhancement and revenue growth. With nearly two decades of experience, including tenure at several AmLaw 100 firms, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Lauren M. Deacon – Director of Legal Recruiting & Development, Hirschler
Lauren serves Hirschler clients by leading the recruiting and development efforts of talented law students and lateral attorneys. She oversees all aspects of Hirschler’s summer associate program, plays a key role in the onboarding and integration of lateral attorneys, and manages the firm’s various training curricula.
Sophie Mohrmann – Director of Attorney Development, Williams Mullen
Sophie has over a decade of experience helping attorneys and practice groups enhance their legal practices and capabilities. Sophie directs the firm’s professional development program for attorneys and provides administrative leadership for firm-wide diversity & inclusion efforts.

Parking will be validated if parking in the Williams Mullen deck, located at 200 S. 10th Street. Please pull in the parking deck, take a ticket, and drive to at least the 3rd floor. The elevator that goes to 15 starts on the 3rd floor (and up). Elevators will be open directly to the 15th floor, and there will be a sign in the lobby to direct guests to the 15th floor.
