The Hon. Wesley G. Russell, Jr., Justice of the Supreme court of Virginia, will be the featured speaker at the Richmond Bar Luncheon on Monday, May 1, 2023. The luncheon will be held at the Omni Hotel beginning at 12:30 p.m.
