Legal malpractice claims are common malpractice hazards to all who practice law, such a faulty office systems and poor client communications. But to fully understand your professional liability exposure, you’ll first need a good understanding of the risks associated with your specific area of practice. Joyvan Malbon-Griffin of Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company will cover the most common malpractice claims reported – and how to avoid them – across a variety of practice areas. Attendees will also be informed of the trending topics on legal malpractice issues and developments as reported by the latest statistics from the American Bar Association.
