Ethical & Effective Advocacy in Mediation
The Hon. James S. Yoffy (Ret.) and the Hon. Beverly W. Snukals (Ret.) of The McCammon Group will discuss ethical responsibilities regarding mediation, including competence, communication, scope of representation, and diligence.
