Closing a law practice is a daunting process, one that attorneys can’t afford to bungle. Joyvan Malbon-Griffin of Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company will discuss the steps required to prepare attorneys for emergencies, disabilities and retirement and reviewing ethical obligations in wrapping up a practice.
