Please join our expert panelists, Hon. Jayne Pemberton of the Chesterfield Circuit Court, Hon. Randall G. Johnson, Jr., of the Henrico Circuit Court and Hon. W. Reilly Marchant of the Richmond Circuit Court, in discussing all aspects of jury selection in civil and criminal cases, including best practices and common pitfalls. Our panelists will provide their insights into how to strategically and effectively approach jury selection, how to overcome common issues, how to approach sensitive topics, and how the specific facts and circumstances of each case may impact the selection of your jury. They will also discuss any logistical or substantive differences between their respective jurisdictions.
