The Wild Wild West: Surviving & Thriving in General District Court
This topic will focus on General District Court practice and procedure, including common traps and pitfalls for both the most seasoned and uninitiated Virginia practitioners. Presenters will also highlight jurisdictional quirks and provide special insight for those who find themselves litigating complex cases in General District Court. Finally, this program will include a segment dedicated to practice in Fairfax County. Panelists are Ryan Starks of Gentry Locke; Justin Feinman of Williams Mullen; and Alicha Grubb of Gentry Locke.
