Hitting a Bulls-Eye: Practical Lessons for Tailoring Communications in Federal Court

Whether talking with your client, your opponent, or the court, effective advocacy often begins and ends by shaping your conversation to best fit a particular listener. This course is an interactive session designed to help you learn and practice the art of tailoring your communications to a particular audience. Speakers are Laura Koenig, Assistant Federal Public Defender, Eastern District of Virginia and Juval Scott, Federal Public Defender, Western District of Virginia.

You will receive confirmation of your registration.
The Zoom invitation and written materials will be sent 1-2 days prior to the program.

$75 for members ($85 after October 6);
$150 for non-members ($160 after October 6)
$40 for support staff ($50 after October 6)
