Virginia Employment Law Update
Panelists from both sides of the employment bar and in-house will present an update on the status of the many new employment laws implemented in our Commonwealth in recent years. The panel will discuss how employers and employees are reacting to recent changes to Virginia employment laws, including the Virginia Whistleblower Law, the Virginia Values Act, and new state marijuana laws, and will review how those statues have been interpreted by the courts thus far.
