Humble Haven Yoga will offer up a hybrid class combining a Circuit Bootcamp and Hamstrings, Hips, and Spines Yoga class. The bootcamp will move your body through several different circuits using body weight only to keep the full body in motion. Hamstrings, Hips, and Spines is an active stretching class targeting the back, front, and side bodies. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a towel/yoga mat.
