Bankruptcy Section Annual Meeting/Luncheon/CLE
The Bankruptcy Section will host a luncheon/CLE seminar in conjunction with its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel, 501 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219. It is anticipated that the program will be approved for 1.0 hour of MCLE credit.
The program will feature a presentation by the Hon. Paul M. Black, Hon. Keith L. Phillips and Connor Symons, McGuireWoods. The speakers will discuss the current State of the Court for the Eastern District Bankruptcy court and recent cases.
Time: 12:30-2:00 p.m.
Location: Hilton Hotel, Richmond
Cost: $40 for section members and government rate; $55 for non-section members
