The Environmental and Energy Law Section brings together those attorneys with a common interest in safeguarding environmental quality and promoting the practice of environmental law. CLE Seminar and Annual Meeting – May 6, 2015

The Environmental & Energy Law Section will hold its May Luncheon, Annual Meeting and CLE on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the offices of Hunton & Williams, 951 E. Byrd Street, 20th floor.

The CLE seminar will feature a presentation by David L. Davis, Director of the Office of Wetlands & Stream Protection, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality entitled “A Discussion of the New Virginia Water Protection Permit Regulations.”  It is anticipated that the program will be approved for .5 hour of MCLE  credit.

12:45 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch and a brief business meeting

The May 6th lunch will also serve as the Section’s annual business meeting, at which the Nominating Committee shall  seek approval of the following slate of Executive Committee officers for 2015-2016:

Cost to attend is $10 for EELS members and $20 for all others.  The registration deadline is Friday, May 1st; there will be no refunds after this date.
