Corporate Counsel Section

The Corporate Counsel Section provides a medium for corporate attorneys to cooperate with each other on issues common to them. The section is open to those employed as a full-time salaried employee by a corporation or by a government body regularly engaged in corporate-related matters. Annual section dues are $20 in addition to being a member of the Richmond Bar Association. Click here to join.

Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2015

The Corporate Counsel Section will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2015 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Willow Oaks Country Club.  Hors d’oeuvres and a selection of drinks will be provided following the program.

Bill Barouski, Executive Vice President and System CISO, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and Benjamin Blome, FBI Special Agent, FBI Squad 9 Cyber Intrusions will present a program entitled “Cybersecurity Panel – Are you Ready? Private Sector and Law Enforcement Perspectives on Securing our Communications”.

The event is FREE for RBA Corporate Counsel Section members and one guest. RBA Corporate Counsel Section members are encouraged to bring a colleague from within their legal department.  Additional guests may attend at a cost of $20 per person. Reservations are required.

At the meeting the Section will elect the Officers and Executive Committee to preside over the 2015-2016 term of the Corporate Counsel Section.  The Nominating Committee has nominated the following persons:
