Corporate Counsel Section

The Corporate Counsel Section provides a medium for corporate attorneys to cooperate with each other on issues common to them. The section is open to those employed as a full-time salaried employee by a corporation or by a government body regularly engaged in corporate-related matters. Annual section dues are $25 in addition to being a member of the Richmond Bar Association.  JOIN

Living with Contracts – Software Audits

Software audits continue to be a challenge for most companies, mostly everyone (especially large companies) gets audited.  Join our panelists as we discuss who gets audited and how to address certain compliance issues and the challenges faced from these audits.  We also will provide contracting tips for software audits and best practices for when you receive an audit.

It is anticipated that the program will be approved 1.0 hour of MCLE credit.
