The Corporate Counsel Section provides a medium for corporate attorneys to cooperate with each other on issues common to them. The section is open to those employed as a full-time salaried employee by a corporation or by a government body regularly engaged in corporate-related matters. Annual section dues are $20.

Health Care Program

The Business Law and Corporate Counsel Sections, the VBA Health Care Law Section, WMACCA, and Hunton & Williams LLP will host a program entitled "Unraveling the Health Care Reform Act...what it means to your practice, company and clients" on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. The seminar will be held from 4-6 p.m. at Hunton & Williams, 951 E. Byrd Street, 20th Floor.
