The Corporate Counsel Section provides a medium for corporate attorneys to cooperate with each other on issues common to them. The section is open to those employed as a full-time salaried employee by a corporation or by a government body regularly engaged in corporate-related matters. Annual section dues are $20.

Corporate Counsel Peer Exchange

The section invites you to a Peer Exchange on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at MWV Headquarters, 501 South Fifth Street. Coffee and refreshments will be served at 8:00 a.m. with the program following from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

The purpose is to facilitate small group discussion among counsel engaged in corporate in-house legal or compliance settings and to exchange ideas, issues or solutions to current shared challenges.

1Q 2012 Topic is "Compliance Reporting Structure and Programming: What's Your Plan for 2012?" Because this is a free exchange of ideas without a set program/presenter, no CLE is available.
