Husband and wife already living at or beyond their means, financial stresses already wreaking havoc on marital bliss; one loses a job; mortgages and living expenses become harder to pay; arguments escalate; divorce becomes an option..Or does it? Should parties go see a bankruptcy attorney or a family law attorney? How can one person move out, when together they cannot even make ends meet? The new challenges that are presented by our current economy are having a significant impact on bankruptcy, divorce, support, and even custody situations.
