Section By-laws

The Business Law Section serves as a focal point for members interested in meeting other business lawyers, exchanging practice information on handling business transactions, and enhancing professionalism in the practice of business law. Annual section dues are $25.

Health Care Program

The Business Law and Corporate Counsel Sections, the VBA Health Care Law Section, WMACCA, and Hunton & Williams LLP will host a program entitled "Unraveling the Health Care Reform Act...what it means to your practice, company and clients" on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. The seminar will be held from 4-6 p.m. at Hunton & Williams, 951 E. Byrd Street, 20th Floor.
