Membership in the Bankruptcy Section of the Richmond Bar provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and practices among attorneys specializing in bankruptcy law. This is accomplished through a variety of continuing legal education and social functions. Annual section dues are $25.

May Luncheon

The Section will host its final luncheon and Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 12:30 p.m. at Sam Miller's Restaurant. Cost to attend will be $30. New officers will be selected, and the CLE offering will be focused on Hot Topics in Chapter 11 Practice, with the panel being led by Ben Ackerly of Hunton & Williams.
